Features

Bottle Infeed Screw

  • Bottle block cylinder is used to prevent the bottle go into the filling equipment during normal running and default. It can be operated manually and automatically. If there is not enough bottle supply, the bottle block cylinder controls the starwheel and reduces the running speed as well.
  • Bottle infeed screw drive is composed by the 2 level reducer, the 1st level is the cone gear drive, for driving the bottle in screw and bottle in chain, the 2nd level is bottle in screw drive box, for adjusting the bottle infeed screw and position adjustment during bottle shape changing.

Rinser

  • Composed by Dispenser, rinsing clamp, rinsing water recycle, there is a fixed rinsing time, the empty bottle was held by a fixed track, rinsing, drying, then reaches the cleaning purpose.

Filler

  • This machine works stable, fills precisely, and suits for cold and hot filling. The piston and piston barrel after the treatment of top technology, cooperate accurately, durable and wearable. It is equipped with material stirring system, three points liquid level control, frequency conversion adjustment, bottle in and out protection, automatic speed adjustment, filling with bottles and no filling without bottles. It adopts with good stainless-steel material, which meets the requirement of food sanitation, nice appearance.

  • The servo electric cylinder adopts a well-known brand electric cylinder in Taiwan, which is controlled by a servo motor to control the lifting and lowering of the lead screw. The precision is extremely high. The thrust range can be from 800N to 1700N, and the speed can be adjusted.

ROPP aluminum cap capper

  • Aluminum cap capper is composed by gear device, capping device, anti-rotate pole and elevated device. The drive is passed through transfer gear to the capper gear , and the elevated pole pass it to the capper.
  • The up and down movement is done by capping cam. The capping cam stays still, it rotates with the main equipment, and it rotates under the gear ring. Two screw roller and two ant burglary ring roller complete the capping under the capping self-rotation. The cam is fixed on the top board. So the cam stands still, when it rotates, the roller on the sleeve rolls along the cam curve while the sleeve moves up and down.
  • When main shaft and gear rotate under the capping head, while two screw rollers and anti-burglary roller complete capping under self-rotation. If there is no cap, the safety piston will stop roller mesh. Adjust the nut can adjust the pressure.

Discharge Starwheel

  • Nylon starwheel and conveyor belt work together to discharge bottles.
  • Equipped with bottle jam protection device.

Discharge Conveyor

  • Driving motor is frequency inverted to synchronize with the filling line to prevent bottles from falling.
  • Discharge conveyor is equipped with photocell switch to slow down and stop filling line in case of fallen bottles.

Machine Frame

  • The machine frame is a welded structure of high quality carbon steel with the surface anti-rust treated and coated. The machine frame is wrapped with stainless steel sheet.
  • Driving system of the 3-in-1 Unit is positioned under the machine table. One main motor provides driving power via gear transmission.
  • The gear transmission system is an interleaved arrangement of steel gears and nylon gears.
  • The output shaft of the main motor is equipped overload protection to secure machine safety.

  6. Capping heads are magnetic constant-torque equipped to ensure capping quality with no damage.
  7. Highly effective cap sorting and feed in system is protective for feed in and cap absence.
  8. Equipped with overload system to safeguard machine and operators.
  9. Equipped with cap absence detector and bottle jam-up detector, which could stop the monoblock in that case.
  10. Equipped with output calculating function for monoblock.
  11. Main electronic components (touch screen, PLC and frequency inverter) are imported products.
