Features

1.Bottle block cylinder & Infeed Screw

Bottle block cylinder is used to prevent the bottle go into the filling equipment during normal running and default .It can be operated manually and automatically. If there is not enough bottle supply, the bottle block cylinder controls the starwheel and reduces the running speed as well.
Bottle infeed screw drive is composed by the 2 level reducer, the 1st level is the cone gear drive, for driving the bottle in screw and bottle in chain, the 2nd level is bottle in screw drive box, for adjusting the bottle infeed screw and position adjustment during bottle shape changing .

2.Rinser

Composed by Dispenser, rinsing clamp, rinsing water recycle, there is a fixed rinsing time, the empty bottle was held by a fixed track, rinsing, drying, then reaches the cleaning purpose.

3.Filler

The design of filling structure is reasonable and hygiene without dead angle, the run of equipment is stable, it can control the material from the bottle neck, the control accuracy is within ±2mm (subject to bottle design). The filling valve material is SUS304. The filling system has liquid level automatic control. Filling valve lift is controlled by the bottom cam rail to push the bottle upside the filler valve, after filling valve contact the bottleneck, it starts to fill. Bottle is conveying by the wheel in the filling part.

Filling valves are reasonably structured with accurate filling.
Bottles go up and down in the function of cam through elevator, to process filling with contact to bottle-mouth.
Level of cylinder is controlled with float-ball.

4.ROPP aluminum cap capper

Aluminum cap capper is composed by gear device, capping device, anti-rotate pole, and elevated device. The drive is passed through transfer gear to the capper gear, and the elevated pole pass it to the capper.
The up and down movement is done by capping cam .The capping cam stays still, it rotates with the main equipment, and it rotates under the gear ring. Two screw roller and two ant burglary ring rollers complete the capping under the capping self-rotation. The cam is fixed on the top board. So the cam stands still, when it rotates, the roller on the sleeve rolls along the cam curve while the sleeve moves up and down.
When main shaft and gear rotate under the capping head, while two screw rollers and anti-burglary roller complete capping under self-rotation. If there is no cap, the safety piston will stop roller mesh. Adjust the nut can adjust the pressure.

5.Discharge Starwheel

Nylon starwheel and conveyor belt work together to discharge bottles.
Equipped with bottle jam protection device.

6.Discharge Conveyor

Driving motor is frequency inverted to synchronize with the filling line to prevent bottles from falling.
Discharge conveyor is equipped with photocell switch to slow down and stop filling line in case of fallen bottles.

7.Machine Frame

The machine frame is a welded structure of high quality carbon steel with the surface anti-rust treated and coated. The machine frame is wrapped with stainless steel sheet.
Driving system of the 3-in-1 Unit is positioned under the machine table. One main motor provides driving power via gear transmission.
The gear transmission system is an interleaved arrangement of steel gears and nylon gears.
The output shaft of the main motor is equipped overload protection to secure machine safety.

Electrical Control System

The electrical cabinet is made of plated carbon steel. From bottle infeed to bottle discharge, a PLC controls the fully automatic operation of the 3-in-1 Unit.
